Sarthway Logistics is a digital logistics platform that facilitates connections between consignors, consignees, and vehicle owners. The platform provides coordination services only and does not act as a transporter, carrier, or logistics provider.
2. User Responsibilities
By using Sarthway Logistics, you agree to: Provide accurate and complete information during registration and transactions. Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and be fully responsible for all activities under your account. Refrain from engaging in unauthorized access, fraudulent behavior, illegal activities, or misuse of the platform. Avoid transmitting harmful code, including viruses, malware, or any disruptive technologies.
3. Platform Role & Liability Disclaimer
Sarthway Logistics acts solely as an intermediary to facilitate communication and coordination between users. Sarthway Logistics shall not be held responsible or liable for: Pricing disputes between users, Loss, damage, or delay of cargo, Theft, accidents, or mishandling during transportation, Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from transactions conducted through the platform. All agreements, obligations, and risks related to transportation are solely between the concerned parties.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Sarthway Logistics platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, designs, software, and text, is the exclusive property of Sarthway Logistics and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any material is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
5. Cancellation & Penalties
Once a load is confirmed, users are expected to honor the commitment. If a load owner cancels or refuses a confirmed load without a valid reason, Sarthway Logistics reserves the right to impose penalties as per its internal policies. Repeated cancellations or misuse may result in suspension or termination of the user account.
6. Suspension & Termination
Sarthway Logistics reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms & Conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, or disrupts platform operations, without prior notice.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kutch (Mundra), Gujarat.
8. Amendments
Sarthway Logistics reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
